Disgusted.

Disgusted in Neely.

Disgusted in Sweeney.

Disgusted at whiny players who think they deserve what coach won't give them, when they don't.

2022/23 is going to be (frank)ing brutal.

In 3 years, between Cassidy, Neely and Sweeney…Cassidy will be the only one with an NHL job

Out of the 3, Cassidy is the least to blame. Won't surprise me if they bring in Torts...Cassidy on steroids! That would be the boneheaded move the two clowns would make.

I think this is the end of the Bruins reign. I don’t expect them to compete for a playoff spot. Too many losses of integral parts of the team over the past couple years with Chara and Rask, now added uncertainty on Bergeron, Marchand and losing a really good coach should be the final kicker.

Absolutely gutless move. Until Neely and Sweeney are gone. I'm out.

I have an uneasy feeling they are just going to promote Sacco. They love their home town guys.

Add another Blunder to the list for Sweeney and Neely. This is painful to watch.

No love for the Bruins here, but man, this is an absolutely abysmal move. Sweeney and Neely trying to save face.

Lots of players injured to start the season so how about we get rid of our coach that has done nothing but win games for us. Regardless of who is in or out of the lineup. Bruce kept them competitive.

Season could start as a dumpster fire and now you will have players coming back from injury trying to learn a new system.

Sweeney is only putting himself further under fire with this one. His new coach will not be as successful as Bruce and he just dug his own grave.

Sweeney is just a puppet. Neely is the true mastermind of this mess. So what coach will want to walk into this mess..."Hey, come here and enjoy the first two months of the season with a bunch of AHL'ers and bottom 6 guys. We "MAY" have our captain and the best two-way center back but maybe not. And oh by the way, we expect you to win right out of the gate." Yep, I expect a lot of takers for this job...which means they get what they want and home town guy either Sacco or I guess maybe Quinn.
Things will go poorly and Neely will be forced to throw his buddy Sweeney under the bus unless ownership finally gets a clue and clears house (doubtful).

I guess Sweeney is worthy of a new contract because of all his grade A moves.
This guy inherited a core group that was special. None of his moves moved the needle or had a big positive effect. Now that Cassidy is gone I bet he gets his boy Debrusk to stay . His free agent signings not good, his trades not good, his drafting not good. Yep he should be the guy to get our identity back. Let’s see what kind of coach he looks for. Cassidy did some good things he wasn’t the main problem. The roster that Sweeney put together is the problem

Sweeney has not be completely terrible. His in-seasons trades have actually been decent for the most part. FA signings have been a complete bust for the most part. The draft has been hit or miss but with a few years without first rounders due to trades (a trade-off ). He will forever be tied to the 2015 draft which was pretty bad. We'll see how Beecher turns out (not counting on much) and Lysell looks like the real deal, but again we'll see.

Lysell is going to have to be Sweeneys savior next season.

Didn’t say he was completely terrible but with what he had to start with the core and the assets ( 3 number ones) he didn’t do great. This team with a solid move for the right type player wins at least one cup. Wasn’t afraid to trade picks which I agree with if you get the right guy. He let better players go because he thought his FA signings were going to be more effective. Didn’t happen. Real point is Cassidy was a better coach than Sweeney is as a GM period. Don’t want this guy in charge of team direction. Think he is more that college style . No fire

The recourse is to boycott. The Jacobs only care about money. They no longer get mine and their TV advertisement spots no longer get my eyeballs until these jamokes are out. Otherwise I'm going to watch Hockey without supporting these bumholes.
